but lets break it down, shall we?
'relevent regulation' seems to be the exact execution towards an article that is pinned to federal laws which are regulated thoroughly and through and through. THUS, the results of causing illegal friction against those regulations will have serious consequences attached to them.
i suppose crimianl justice is linked to the aftermath of going against it.

that is basically the long way of saying,,,
' if you have a disability you are limited to certain details that may discriminate, but those details will be dealt with according to federal laws, protecting and justifying the 'obvious and reconized-legal disabled individual with the handicap', by all means neccessary'.
Diversity...pertains to the different creeds of all mankind, but it can also pertain to the different handicaps and disableling factors...and 'not limited to' just a broken arm! wow.
Inclusion...is the empowerment to allow all human life to participate.
Discrimination... of course is the KEY WORD in this legislation and, its 'write-up' will not tolerated otherwise, but wiill instead strike justice to the full extent of the constituted ammendment[s] pertaining to protection services for all walks of life with or without disabilities, that have or have not, known welfare disabilities, nor can they be discriminated upon for their surnames, skin-tone color, religious beliefs, sexual practices...etc etc...and so on, and then some.
-its pretty fancy court English- hahaha!
it does not mean that only the disabled get to enjoy the benifits of Health Care 'slider fees' or free gonvernment fanancial aid and humane rescues.
is only means that this law will protect the disabled and anyone else under this article...which basically is everyone in America.
Therefore, this law establishes it in writing, almost on a stone. hehe
