I do not know jp at ALL. Do i have chance to learn it to an extent that i can read/write and speak???
No language is all that hard to learn, it just takes a lot of time.
Of course you can! I just finished my first semester of Japanese at my local community college and it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. Just, study, study, study! After you master hiragana and katakana you'll still have thousands of kanji to learn, meaning that you won't be picking up a Japanese newspaper right away. But after a semester or two you should be able to have basic conversations (hobbies, dining, family life, directions, etc). Best of luck.
nihon-go kana... chotto jikan ga aru hazu da... yasashikunai kara isshoukenmei benkyou surebe kitto dekiru wa yo... ganbare yo!!!
absolutely! you just have to be dedicated. you have to practice it everyday and try to make some japanese friends you can practice with! otherwise, you'll lose what you learn!
Allergies.. no relief?!?
