I actually got it 3 days ago. And then I didnt know what to do. And it didnt say how to restart it, so I just turned it off by holding the standby button. Every time I turn on the computer the fans keep running and the light on the standby button is ON. But this battery light near the standby button ISNT flashing. When it's suppose to be flashing. Everything else works except for the mouse and the keyboard cause of the PC. = Nothing comes up on the screen. Is there a poor power supply? O_o. What do I have to do in order to fix this? And do I have to re-format? =[

If nothing comes up on the screen how to you know whether or not the mouse or keyboard is working? If the mouse, keyboard, and monitor are working what is the "everything else" that is working?
If fans are spinning then you are getting power. It could be an issue with your graphics card. This is not easy to replace on a laptop since its probably integrated with your motherboard. If this is an old computer it might be time to call it dead and buy a new one. If its new take it to a repair shop.
