I think the second config option should be "autoDismiss" instead of "True". I'm basing this on the fact I would not think you'd create a boolean config option with the name of "True". Also, the Delay option references an "autoDismiss" option that is not listed....and the description of the second ("True") option seems to fit "autoDismiss".
If I'm wrong, my apologies.

Yeah, it seems to be wrong doc.
Anyway, there is the separate thread for doc bugs so please check if this error has not been already reported and post it there.
I'm closing this thread as this is not bug in Ext itself.
I went ahead and fixed it in SVN -- thanks for the report. autoDismissDelay was also wrong (currently listed as "Dismiss" incorrectly).
