Do you guys some advice how to get some steps closer my dream .
Try performing at local talent shows, open mic, clubs etc.
Post some vids of you on YouTube (somebody in the business could find you there)
Get feed back from friends and family...
I would suggest taking lessons (maybe an instructor has some connections ;D)

Sing where ever you can! Participate in Talent Shows, see if you can sing at a local club. Also look online and see if there are shows that you can audition for in New York or LA!
get a band or group,
play live
get gigs in cities and hope someone from a record deal is there
