You need to get things sorted out with her; are these her husbands twins or yours?
If they are yours then you have some explaining to do to her husband, and so does she.
If they are her husbands there is not a problem, provided that she has not got any sexually transmitted diseases. You would be well advised to go and have a check to make sure you are clear of any as well now.
Next time think before you have sex with some one else's wife and use a condom if you go ahead with it.
