I have observed during my experience in various LAND
and PROPERTY searches on, for example, Realtor.com
and some Century 21 websites, that it is often too
TIME CONSUMING to extract the specific database parameters
and related information that I need to survey/prospect/search
for PROPERTIES and LAND on a MASS (Large) Scale ...
i.e. Produce an output file (MLS Database Compilation) of
all the land for sale in "New England" or "State Specific"
between 5 and 200 Acres in a "one or two line per listing
custom user defined format" (user defines format while online):
Example of a typical desired format for a LAND Buyer
(Prospector/Investor):

This is such a global requirement for many Real Estate Buyers,
however,
I have not found one realtor that has a service that allows QUICK
interactive
"drag and drop" relational database format definition to produce these
comprehensive user defined types of custom
MLS Database outputs (StateWide or New England Region) ...
e.g. Custom Format Statewide or New England Land or Property Searches
with mapquest output link.
Can you identify the top 5 best On-line User Definable real Estate
MLS Post Processing Resources (Websites).
I want to see ALL the Land on MLS in New England or a particular State
with each listing in a User defined Format One Line per listing output
available online.
