Here's a fun one -
I have a slightly complex Ext form using columns, displayed in a dialog:

It has a combobox with a list of files, but when you select it, you get:

The combobox is just standard Ext and added to the first column.
Any thoughts appreciated!

Basically, you need to make sure that your hiddenName is different from the id.
Isn't combo box rendered into a hidden (display:none) container?
And, have you checked if you don't render to a display:none container? Too early? I've already seen these weird unexplainable "effects" while playing with my Accordion. I had to move all "rendering" things to expand handlers to avoid any rendering to display:none containers.
Just asking.... ;)
It has something to do with the positioning of the drop-down list relative to the container (column), but, looking at the js source, I can't seem to find where it would go wrong...
